It's time to start your training program for your 2014 races and events. Join Spin 90 for our 2014 Indoor Training Classes. This IS NOT a spin class! The Spin 90 Indoor Training Program will improve your pedal cadence (rpm), speed, power, riding technique, and start to build a new level of fitness while riding your bike. The Spin 90 Program is a carefully crafted indoor training program to develop any rider's cycling skills and fitness. We go beyond hill intervals and one leg drills, helping our athletes understand and develop more strength and endurance through pedal performance and technique. Whether your training for your first triathlon, bike race, or working to improve your performance for your next event - the Spin 90 Program is perfect for athletes of all levels. Run program: With the same attention to detail as our cycling program, Spin 90 has added a Run and Cross Training Program. The Run Program uses the same format as our Cycling Program - each week building on the last, with new skills and form training. This program also prepares you with strength and speed work, as classes progress. Cross Training: Our Cross Training Program includes: strength and endurance, stabilization, and yoga/stretching - to improve your cycling and running performance.
